The price was very affordable and the watch arrived very quickly!! The package was safe inside so it wouldn't get damaged. There was a label on the face of the watch that told you how to start the installation and setup process. Once activated and powered on, you were directed to install the corresponding VeryFit App that took over the installation and setup instructions. The process was easy to understand and follow with short, direct, step-by-step instructions. Once the setup was complete, you were then directed to options for personalizing the watch to how it works best and how you like it for you. I have found that the features that matter the most to me are the phone, messages, Alexa connectivity, basic time/date functions, and the pedometer. These are all easy to use and come in one affordable and fashionable device! The battery life is extensive for the purposes for which I use the device. Overall, I am very pleased with the watch and give it a 5 out of 5 stars. I have also found the after sales Facebook group and group chat to be responsive and helpful with both company and peer-to-peer support and tech advice so in that department I give the IDW25 a 5 out of 5 stars as well. I would definitely purchase again and Definitely recommend!

I have an Amazfit Bip 5 (the black one in the picture) but the water resistance is lacking and this watch is comparable to the Bip 5 with better water resistance.

Gripes: I've gotten so accustomed to the ease and brilliance of my Bip 5 band, I can quickly take it off and put it back on but I cannot say the same for this band...it's secure/comfortable which is a plus but so far I'm not liking the style

These companies insist on sending us these charging cords that are way too short

Considering many decent watches are over a hundred dollars, this one is a bit more affordable and so far perfectly functional. I will take away stars later if it dies within three years. Til then, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Like: battery life, waterproof, tracking of steps, heart rate and oxygen level. Had the watch about 4 days and haven't had to charge. Used the pool today and the watch worked great in and out of the pool. I don't use the heart rate and oxygen level tracking takes more battery life so I don't keep on all the time. Love that it tracks the level during activity. Taking phones on watch seems to be a clear.

Dislikes: The watch band is not my favorite. I prefer the buckle rather and the "notch" system. You can replace the band so not a big problem. The app can be hard to use and buggy and takes time to figure out. Even when watch is near phone it disconnects from bluetooth often. Not sure why but maybe its related to how far your phone is from you as I don't carry my phone everywhere at work or in my apartment.

I honestly wasn't expecting a whole lot when I ordered this, as I was just looking for a throwaway watch that I could use while working out that wouldn't bother me if it was lost or damaged. Once I received it and started using it however I was impressed with just how capable of a smartwatch it actually is. First off, it looks just like an Apple Watch at first glance, though the included band isn't as good quality (I wasn't expecting it to be though). The watch itself however has some features that rival even an Apple Watch such as Amazon Alexa functionality. It also has all of the health tracking features you'd expect like heart rate, exercise and sleep monitoring. If you're looking for a capable smartwatch without breaking the bank this one would be a good choice.

The color is just the pink shade I expected and it��s really pretty. Connects to ur device very quickly so the Bluetooth works very well. It has clear instructions of how to assemble and how to connect. The watch is light and waterproof with a comfortable band. It charges very quickly but it doesn��t use up the battery easily so I can travel with it without always having to charge it. The sports and steps feature is very accurate. Overall the quality is awesome and I recommend it to whoever��s looking for a sports watch or any watch in general.
